Recording property administrators
Select “Record Property Administrators” from the left pane.
The “Record Property Administrators” page appears.
In the “Search Criteria” group box, select the following to appoint property administrators.
Item type |
From the drop down list box, select the item type. |
Item |
From the drop down list box, select the item. The list displays all the items from the selected item type. |
Employment Unit |
From the drop down list box, select the employment unit for which you want to appoint property administrators. The list displays all the employment units for which you have privileges. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the multiline: “Item Type”, “Item” and “Employment Unit” in the multiline.
Enter the following details in the multiline.
Administrator |
The employment code of the administrator. Help Available |
The system displays the name of the selected administrator.
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
