Select “Record Nomination Details” from left pane.
The “Select Employee to Record Nomination Details” page appears.
The system displays the following details.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Select the following fields.
Employment Unit |
The organization unit in which employee’s nomination details must be recorded. |
To select an employee through Direct Entry
Use this method if you are certain about the employee code of the required employee.
Enter the “Employee Code” field.
Select the “Employee Nomination Details” hyperlink.
The “Record Nomination Details” page appears.
To select an employee through search criteria
Use this method to identify an employee, if you do not possess the correct / complete employee code.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Search based on wild card characters is also supported. To narrow your search to the closest matching records, you can also enter search criteria for other details such as, the name of the employee, the employee type to indicate if he/she is a regular or contract employee and the dates to indicate the probable period in which the employee joined.
Note: Specify the maximum fields in the Search Criteria box to retrieve precise records.
Enter values in any or all of the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. |
Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. | |
Employee Name |
Enter the name of the employee. To view the entire employee names containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. |
Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. | |
Date of Joining From |
Enter a value to indicate the probable date after which the employee joined. Example: If you enter 09/16/01, the system fetches the records of employees who joined after this date. |
Date of Joining To |
Enter a value to indicate the probable date before which the employee joined. Example: If you enter 11/11/01, the system fetches the records of employees who joined before this date. |
Note: If you enter both the “Date of Joining From” and “Date of Joining To” details, the system fetches the record from the records of employees who joined during this period.
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search
criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy
this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
available for the selected employment unit.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the employee records that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs |
Date of joining |
The date on which the employee joined the organization. |
Select the employee whose details must be recorded or modified.
