Recording employee’s probation details
Select the “Record Employee Probation” link from left pane.
The “Record Employee Probation” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the organization unit under which you require to record the employee’s probation details. Tell me more |
Employee Code |
Enter the unique code to identify the employee for whom probation details must be recorded. Help Available |
Employee Name |
The system displays the name of the employee corresponding to the specific employee code that you entered. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton.
The system displays the following
Date of Joining |
The date when the employee joined the organization. |
Confirmation Due Date |
The date when the employee is due to be confirmed in the organization. |
To specify the probation details
Enter any or all of the following.
Probation Duration |
The integer value of the probation duration for an employee. For example, if the probation duration for the employee is 6 months, enter 6 in this text field. |
Duration Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the unit for the integer value of the probation duration that you specified. The drop-down list displays the values “Days”, “Months”, “Weeks”, and “Years”. For example, if the probation duration for the employee is 6 months, select months from the drop-down list. |
Extended Duration |
The integer value of the extended duration for an employee. For example, if the extended duration for the employee is 2 months, enter 2 in this text field. |
Duration Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the unit for the integer value of the extended duration that you specified. The drop-down list displays the values “Days”, “Months”, “Weeks”, and “Years”. For example, if the extended duration for the employee is 2 months, select months from the drop-down list. |
Medical Check Up Date |
The date when the employee must undergo medical check up. |
Remarks |
The user comments, if any. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
The system deletes the existing details.
