Basics of using a Ramco Entreprise Series 4.0 web page

Using online help

       Select “View Additional Employment Details” link  from the bottom of the previous page.

The “View Additional Employment Details” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Tell me more

Employee Code

The code identifying the employee selected from the previous page.

Assignment No.

The primary assignment number allocated to the employee.

Details Effective From

The start date from which the additional employment details are effective.

Details Effective To

The end date until which the additional employment details are effective.

       Select the “Previous” pushbutton to retrieve the previous record.

       Select the “Next” pushbutton to retrieve the next record.  

The system displays the following in the “General Information” group box.

Employee Type

The type of employee. Example, “Regular”, “Contract”.

Work Type

The work type of the employee, whether Full Time or Part Time.

Job Type

The classification of the job.

Recruitment Status

The system displays any one of the following recruitment statuses applicable to the employee.

          “Direct” indicates that the employee is recruited directly by the organization

          “Agency” indicates that the employee is recruited through an agency.

 

Job Category

The classification of the employee’s job.

Contract Status

The system displays any one of the following statuses

          “Contract” indicates that the employee is hired on contract

          “Non - Contract” indicates that the employee is not hired on contract

Product

The product for which the employee must have been assigned a specific task for manufacturing the product.

Process

The process for which the employee must have been assigned a specific task for completion of the process. Example, Moulding

Commission Agent

The system displays any one of the following options

          “Yes” indicates that the employee is a commission agent  

          “No” indicates that the employee is not a commission agent

Holder of Public Office

The system displays any one of the following options

“Yes”, indicates that the employee holds a public office

 “No” indicates that the employee does not hold a public office.

Shift

The shift applicable to the employee

Schedule

The schedule applicable to the employee.

Line

The code identifying the production line applicable to the employee.

User Defined1

Represents the details of the user defined field.

User Defined 2

Represents the details of the user defined field.

User Defined 3

Represents the details of the user defined field.

The system displays the following in the “Statutory Board Related Information” group box:

Leave Scheme

The leave scheme applicable to the employee. Example, 1979 Leave Scheme

Divisional Status

The employee’s divisional status. Example Division I

Benefit Scheme

The benefit scheme applicable to the employee. Example “Comprehensive - Co payment”.

Pension Status

The system displays any one of the following pension statuses for the employee

          Non-pensionable

          Pensionable

Employment Type

The employment type of the employee. Example, Monthly Rated.

UIF Applicability

“Yes” indicates that the employer deducts some amount from the employee’s payroll for the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIIF). Otherwise the system displays the value, “No”.
