Using online help

The “EI - Letters & Reports” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header:

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Reporting Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which you require to generate the report.

Employment Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit for which you require to generate the report.

To specify letter input type details

Signatory Code

The employee code of the signatory authority.

 

Help available

Effective Date

The date from which revised salary is effective.

Report Generation Status

From the drop-down list box, select the status of the report generation. The combo is loaded with the options “Draft” and “Final”. The user can generate the report in “Draft” status for review purpose before finally generated.

Employee Code From

The unique code of the employee from which you require to generate the report.

 

Help available

Employee Code To

The unique code of the employee until which you require to generate the report.

Department Code

The unique code of the department to which the employee belongs.

Department Description

The description of the department for which you require to generate the report.

Position Code

The position code of the employee for which you require to generate the report.

Position Title

The position title of the employee for which you require to generate the report.

Job Code

The job code of the employee for which you require to generate the report.

Grade Set Code

The grade set code of the employee for which you require to generate the report.

The unique code of the employee.

The name of the employee.

The job title of the employee.

Grade Set

The grade set of the employee.

Grade

The grade of the employee.

Department

The unique code of the department to which the employee belongs.

Work location

The work location of the employee.
