Date Format

Reporting Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which the report is to be generated. Tell me more.

Language

From the drop-down list box, select the language in which the report is to be generated.

Specify criteria for the report

Employment Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit of the employee.

Department Code

The code identifying the employee’s department.

Department Description

The description of the department

Employee From

The starting employee code in a range of employee codes for which the report is to be generated.

Employee To

The ending employee code in a range of employee codes for which the report is to be generated.

Date of Joining From

The starting date in a range of employee joining dates for which the report is to be generated.

Date of Joining To

The ending date in a range of employee joining dates within which the report is to be generated.

Specify the display criteria for the employee’s name and report date.

Date Display Format

From the drop-down list box, select the display format for the report date.

Employee Name Display Format

From the drop-down list box, select the display format for the employee’s name in the report.
