Employee Competency Report - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can view the details of employee and their possessed competencies. This report can be used for the purpose of gap analysis. This can be done by comparing minimum desired level values and possessed level values of employee competency.
You can specify the report criteria, such as employment unit, department, range of employees, competency code and competency description for which you require to generate the employee competency report.
You can also enter the display criteria, which includes the date format or employee name format to view the report in a specific format . For example, if by default, date format is set as YYYY/MM/DD, the user can change the display format as DD/MM/YYYY and view the report in the format set by him/her.
