Select the “View Disciplinary Action Details” hyperlink in the “Select Disciplinary Action to View” if direct entry option is chosen, or
Select the required hyperlinked “Disciplinary Action No.” field in the multiline.

The system displays the following from the previous page
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs. |
Employee |
The name of the employee. |
Assignment No. |
The unique number of the assignment. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
Disciplinary Action No. |
The unique disciplinary action number generated by the system when the disciplinary action record was submitted. |
Disciplinary Action Status |
The status of the disciplinary action can be one of the user-defined statuses. |
Disciplinary Action Type |
The type of disciplinary action can be one of the user-defined disciplinary action types. |
Submission Date |
The date on which the disciplinary action was submitted |
Disciplinary Action Initiated by |
The name of the employee who initiated the disciplinary action |
Reason |
The reason for taking disciplinary action. For example, theft/absenteeism etc. |
Action Details |
The details of the disciplinary action taken. For example, the action taken can be suspension of the employee for a period of 1 month. |
To view the activity details of persons responsible
The system displays the following, in the multiline
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which each employee belongs. |
Employee Code |
The employee code of the employee. Help Available |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee responsible for carrying out the disciplinary action. |
Activity Type |
The type disciplinary action carried out by the employee. It can be one of the user-defined disciplinary action types. |
Activity |
The activity details of the disciplinary action. |
Scheduled Date |
The date on which the disciplinary action must be completed. The date is displayed in the “yyyy-mm-dd” format. |
Completed Date |
The date on which the disciplinary action activity was completed. |
Remarks |
The remarks of the disciplinary action taken. |
