Select the “Record Activity Details” hyperlink in the “Select Disciplinary Action to Record Activity Details” page, or
Select the hyperlinked “Disciplinary Action No.” field in the multiline.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs. |
Employee |
The name of the employee against whom the disciplinary action is to be taken. |
Disciplinary Action No. |
The unique disciplinary action number generated by the system when the disciplinary action record was submitted. |
Disciplinary Action Type |
The type of user defined disciplinary action. For example, “Behavioral”/”Criminal”. |
Submission Date |
The date on which the disciplinary action was submitted. |
Disciplinary Action Initiated by |
The name of the employee who initiated the disciplinary action. |
Punishment Category |
The category of punishment given for the employee against disciplinary action. It could be “Major” or “Minor”. |
Punishment Type |
The type of punishment given for the employee against disciplinary action. |
Effective From Date |
The date from which the punishment is effective. |
Effective To Date |
The date until which the punishment is effective. |
Reason |
The reason for taking disciplinary action. For example, theft/absenteeism etc. |
Action Details |
The details of the disciplinary action taken; this information is retrieved from the “Record Disciplinary Action” activity. For example, the action taken can be suspension of the employee for a period of 1 month. |

Enter the following in the multiline
Activity Type |
From the drop-down list, select the type of activity. This can be any one of the user defined types. |
Activity |
The details of the disciplinary action activity carried out by the responsible employee. |
Completed date |
The date on which the disciplinary action must be completed. Enter the date in the format “dd/mm/yyyy”. Ensure that this date is greater than the “Scheduled Date” entered for the employee in the “Record Disciplinary Action” activity. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the activity. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
