The organization unit for which the disciplinary action is applicable. |

The employment unit to which the employee belongs. |

The name of the employee. |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Department |
The department name of the employee |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
Enter the following
Disciplinary Action Type |
The type of user defined disciplinary action. For example, “Behavioral”/”Criminal”. |
Reason |
The reason for taking disciplinary action. For example, theft/absenteeism etc. |
Action Details |
The details of the disciplinary action to be taken. For example, the action taken can be suspension of the employee for a period of 1 month. |
To record the activity details of persons responsible
Enter the following in the multiline
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the employee against whom disciplinary action is taken. |
Employee Code |
The employee code of the employee against whom disciplinary action is initiated Help Available |
Employee Name |
If the employee code is retrieved through Help, the name of the employee is displayed. |
Scheduled Date |
The date by which the disciplinary action activity must be completed, by the responsible employee. Enter the date in the “YYYY-MM-DD” format. |
Remarks |
Any remark about the disciplinary action to be taken. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
The system displays the following in the header
Disciplinary Action No. |
The unique disciplinary action number generated by the system, when the disciplinary action record is submitted. It is in the format “DS/XXXXX/YYYY”. “XXXXX” is the running Serial Number for the disciplinary action during the current year, and “YYYY” is the Year in which the disciplinary action is recorded. |
Disciplinary Action Status |
The status of completion of the disciplinary action can be one of the following: “Open”,” “Closed” or any other user defined status. The disciplinary action status can also be any other user-defined statuses.

Status |
The status of completion of the disciplinary action, by each responsible employee. It can be one of the following: “Pending”, or “Completed”.
