Selecting Assignment to View Appraisal Details

Select “View Appraisal Records” link at the bottom of the “Employee Career Plan” page.
The system displays the following

Career Planning Unit |
The organization unit in which the Career Planning Setup component is deployed. |

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
|
Employee Code |
The employee code of the employee. |
|
Joining Date
|
The date on which the employee joined. |
|
Confirmation Date |
The date on which employee was confirmed in the job. |
The system displays the following in the multiline

Assignment No |
The assignment number of the employee. |
|
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the employee. |
|
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
|
Job Title |
The title of the job to which the employee belongs |
|
Position Title |
The title of the position to which the employee belongs. |
|
GradeSet |
The grade set that is assigned to the job. |
|
Grade |
The employee holding a grade within a gradeset. |
|
Appraisal Type |
The type of appraisal performed for the employee. It could be one of the following:
