The system displays the following from the previous page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the employee. |
Employee |
The employee code and name of the employee for whom the appraisal was performed |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Joining Date |
The date of joining of the employee |
Appraisal Type |
The type of appraisal performed for the employee. It could be one of the following:

Confirmation Date |
The date on which the employee was confirmed in the organization. |
Enter the following, to indicate the details of the appraisal you want to view
Appraisal Calendar Code |
From the drop-down list box, select the code of the appraisal calendar in which the employee’s appraisal will fall. |
Appraiser |
From the drop-down list box, select the employee code of the appraiser whose evaluation of the employee is to be viewed. |
Note: The system displays the last three completed appraisals only

Appraiser’s Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the selected appraiser belongs |

The date from which the appraiser is mapped to the appraise. |

The status of the employee’s appraisal. It can be one of the following:

The “Performance Evaluation” multiline displays the following
Objective Description |
A brief description of each objective. |
Objective Detailed Description (Desired Outcome/Targets) |
A detailed description of the objective. |
Achievement |
The achievement against this objective, as free text, entered by the selected appraiser |
Self Rating |
The employee’s rating of the objective, carried out through self-appraisal. |
Appraiser Assessment / Comments |
The selected appraiser’s assessment/comments for this objective, as free text. |
Weightage |
A number to indicate the weightage assigned to the objective, with respect to the other objectives listed in the multiline. |
Weightage (in %) |
The weightage assigned to the objective, in percentage. |
Rate Grade |
The rate grade given by the selected appraiser, to indicate the performance of the employee for this objective |
Other duties/projects undertaken
The “Other Duties/Projects Undertaken” multiline displays the following
Assignments Undertaken |
Each assignment undertaken by the employee during the period of the appraisal calendar, which was required to be evaluated. This is displayed as free text. |
Desired Outcomes/Targets |
The desired outcomes/targets expected of the employee, for the assignment. This is displayed as free text. |
Achievement |
The achievement against this assignment, as free text, entered by the selected appraiser |
Self Rating |
The employee’s rating of the assignment, carried out through self-appraisal. |
Appraiser Assessment / Comments |
The selected appraiser’s assessment/comments for this assignment, as free text. |
Weightage |
A number to indicate the weightage assigned to the assignment, with respect to the other assignments listed in the multiline. |

Use this page to view the employee's past appraisal.
Through this page, the employee can view the details of his or her self-appraisal. The details consist of self-ratings for the same objectives and assignments against which the employee was appraised in the “Perform Employee Appraisal” activity. The self ratings for each objective and each assignment are in the form of
