Selecting Employee to Record CTC Details
Select the “Employee CTC Details” link from the left pane.
The “Select Employee to Record CTC Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Compensation Setup Unit |
The compensation unit applicable to the employee for whom you require to initiate/authorize employee CTC details |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following:
Employment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit of the employee for whom you require to initiate/authorize employee CTC details. |
To select through direct entry
Enter the following in the “Direct Entry” group box:
Employee Code |
The employee code of the employee for whom you require to record the flexible values in the employee CTC details. |
Select the “Record Employee CTC Details” link.
The “Record Employee CTC Details” page appears where you can record the CTC details on behalf of the employee.
To select through search criteria
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Employee Code |
To view the records of all the employees whose employee codes contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of the employee codes in any combination with wild cards “*”. Example, ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. Alternatively, type the full employee code. |
Employee Name |
To view the records of all the employees whose employee names contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full employee name. |
Date of Joining |
To view the records of all the employees whose date of joining is on a specific date, enter the date of joining. |
Department |
To view the records of all the employees whose department contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these department in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full name of the department. |
Position Title |
To view the records of all the employees whose position title contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these position title in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full position title. |
Grade Set |
To view the records of all the employees whose grade set contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these grade set in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full grade set. |
Job Title |
To view the records of all the employees whose job title contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these job title in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full job title. |
Grade |
To view the records of all the employees whose grade contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these grade in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full grade. |
CTC From |
To view the records of all the employees whose CTC (Cost to Company) falls in a specific range, enter the starting CTC amount. |
CTC To |
To view the records of all the employees whose CTC (Cost to Company) falls in a specific range, enter the ending CTC amount. |
From Date |
To view the records of all the employees whose effective date falls in a specific range, enter the starting date. |
To Date |
To view the records of all the employees whose effective date falls in a specific range, enter the ending date. |
Work Location |
To view the records of all the employees whose work location contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these work location in any combination with wild cards “*”. Alternatively, type the full work location. |
Status |
From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following statuses for which you require to retrieve the employee details:
Note: If the login user is mapped to “View Only” role, then the system loads the authorized status only. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Employee Code |
The employee code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Date of Joining |
The date on which the employee joined the organization. |
Department |
The department name of the employee. |
Work Location |
The work location of the employee. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Grade Set |
The grade set of the employee. |
Grade |
The grade of the employee. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
CTC Amount |
The CTC amount of the employee. |
Status |
The CTC detail status of the employee. The system fetches only the authorized records if the login user is mapped to role “View Only”. |
To proceed
Select the hyperlinked employee name from the ”Search Results” multiline of “Select Employee to Record CTC Details” page, OR
Enter the full employee code in the “Select Employee to Record CTC Details” page and select the “Record Employee CTC Details” link.
The “Employee CTC Details” page appears.
