Use this page to select the employee whose compensation details you want to view.
Select “View Employee Compensation Information” from left pane
The “Select Employee Assignment for Viewing Compensation Details” page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top right of the page.
Enter the following fields:
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Compensation Setup Unit |
The organization unit in which the compensation setup component is deployed. |
To specify search criteria, enter some or all of the following fields
Employment Unit |
Select the desired employment unit, from the drop-down list box. |

If ‘Select’ is selected, all the employment units will be fetched. |
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example. ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1, EC*C1 and ECC1*. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example. To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Assignment No |
Specify the assignment number. For help on specifying the assignment number for the particular employee, access the “Employment Information” component. |
Position Title |
To view all the position descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *MANAGER, TRAINEE*. Other examples are as described for the “Function” field |
Department |
To view all the department descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: FIN*, ACC*. etc. |
Job Title |
To view all job titles, type in the starting character or characters of these job title descriptions followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: PRGR*, DESIGN ENG*R etc. |
Work Location |
To view all work locations containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: New , Pen*a etc. |
Grade Set |
To view all the grade set descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters followed by the wild card * |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: STAFF*, *SUPERVISOR. |
Grade |
To view all the grade descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters followed by the wild card *. |
Note: To perform an effective search, enter maximum number of fields in the search criteria. If no search conditions are specified, then all the records are fetched and displayed.
The multiline displays the compensation records that satisfy the search.
The multiline displays the employment unit, employee code, employee name, assignment no, position title, department, job title, work location, grade set and grade details for the compensation records that satisfy your search criteria.
Click on the “Select” check box corresponding to the employee assignment details for which you want to view the base salary attributes.
Select “View Base Salary” hyperlink to the bottom left of the multiline.
The “View Base Salary” page appears.
