Compensation Plan Monitoring Report
This page enables the login user to view the report of compensation planning. You can also analyze report at various levels like OU, Business, Location, Division, Plan Period, Department, Exceptions, and Status.
Select the “Compensation Planning” activity under the “Compensation Planning” business component and click “Report” tab.
The “Compensation Plan Monitoring Report” page appears.
Tab – Report
You may use the following Search options:
Country |
Select the country to which the employee belongs. The drop-down shows “All” if the login user has permission for more than one country else the system defaults the country if the user has permission for only one country. |
Org. Unit |
Select the organization unit to which the employee belongs. The drop-down shows all employment units to which user has permission for employees from multiple Employment units, else the systems defaults the user’s employment unit. |
Compensation Plan Period |
Select the plan period of the compensation. The drop-down shows the plan periods as available in system. |
Division |
Select the division if you would like to take a report for specific division. The drop-down is loaded shows all divisions from the Product dropdown in “Maintain Quick Codes”. |
Business |
Select the business. The drop-down shows businesses from process drop-down in “Maintain Quick Codes” activity for applicable Employment units. |
Site/Location |
You may choose the location or site. The drop-down shows all unique sites from Work Location master for the applicable employment units. |
Department |
Select the department. The drop-down shows all departments from Department master for the applicable employment units. |
Job Family |
Select the job family. The drop-down shows all job families from Job master for the applicable employment units. |
Employee With |
Select the checkbox against any of the following · All – retrieves all employees · Merit Increase – retrieves employees who have only merit increase · One Off Lump Sum – retrieves employees who have only One Off Lump sum · Discretionary Bonus – retrieves employees who have only discretionary bonus · Structured Bonus – retrieves employees who have only structured bonus |
Gender |
Select the gender off you are looking to take a report for specific gender drop-down shows. |
Manager |
Select the name of a specific manager to take a report of employees reporting to a particular manager. |
Hierarchy Level |
Select a specific hierarchy level of the employee. The drop-down shows all unique combinations of gradeset-grade for the applicable employment units. |
Rating Grade |
Select the rating grade of the employee if you are looking to take a report for a specific appraisal rating. The drop-down shows appraisal rating descriptions available in system for corresponding Compensation Plan Period. |
Compa-Ratio Range Between |
Enter the range of compa-ratio. E.g.: if you are looking for employees within a range of 1 to 2. |
LOS Range Between (In Days) |
Enter the range of Length of Service (LOS) in days. E.g.: Number of days between 100 to 200 within the plan period. |
Planning Status |
Select a specific status of the compensation planning. |
Exceptions |
Choose exceptions to take a report for specific exceptions. Ex: Compa-ratio above a set range. |
Click “Get” button to retrieve the compensation report details in the grid.

The one off lump sum amount of the employee if any. |
Discretionary Bonus |
The discretionary bonus of the employee if any. |
Revised TEC (CTC) |
The revised CTC/TEC of the employee. |
Actual % |
The actual increase percentage for the employee. This is the sum of merit amount + One Off Lump sum + Discretionary Bonus. |
Actual Amt |
The actual increase amount for the employee. This is the sum of merit amount + One Off Lump sum + Discretionary Bonus. |
Structured Bonus Amt |
The structured bonus amount of the employee if any. |
Exceptions |
Any employee exceptions if applicable flagged by the system. |
Compensation Plan Period |
The compensation plan period. |
Click “ Analyze Report” hyperlink to analyze further. This gives a flexibility to analyze report with grouping/sub grouping of fields as required for further drill down of data.
