Manage Proxy – A Summary of the Activity

The “Manage Proxy” enables you to map proxies to the planners as per business needs.

A ‘Proxy’ is someone the planner has designated to do compensation planning on behalf of the planner, if the planner is unable to do for some business/personal reasons. Any employee across the organization can be a proxy, irrespective of their grade and grade set.
