Manage Proxy
Select “Manage Proxy” activity under “Compensation Planning”.
The “Manage Proxy” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the header:
Compensation Planning Unit |
The “Compensation Planning Unit” combo is loaded with the login OU where the actual planning takes place. Mandatory. |
Plan Period |
This combo is loaded with all plan period names created under the plan setup OU and with the status other than Draft and the login ou should be one of the applicable OU’s of that plan period. Mandatory. |
Employment Unit |
This combo is loaded with the applicable OU’s of the plan period defaulted/selected in the ‘Plan Period’ combo along with ‘All’ if more than one empin OU is available. Mandatory. |
Currency |
This field displays the Base currency of the planning OU. |
Click “Get” to fetch the details. The submitted proxy details and records get displayed in the multiline for the selected planning OU, plan period, employment unit combination.
The following details are displayed in the multiline:
Planner Code |
The employee code of the planner. The control is listed with the default planners identified for the Plan Period selected in the header. Mandatory. |
Planner Name |
On selecting the planner code, the name of the planner gets displayed. |
Proxy Emp Code |
The proxy employee code. Mandatory. Help facility available |
Proxy Emp Name |
On selecting the proxy employee code from help, the name of the proxy employee gets displayed. |
Effective From |
The effective from date range. Mandatory. |
Effective To |
The effective to date range. Mandatory. |
Remarks |
Key in any remarks or feedback, if any. |
Click “Submit” to submit the details entered. The proxies for the planners get submitted successfully.
Note: Based on the Internal to Deployment role mapping, if the Planner logs in, the default planners falling in his planning hierarchy for the selected plan period will be listed in Planner combo; if the HR logs in, all the default planners of the plan period will be listed.
