The “Client Organization Master” enables you to enter the organization and location details of the client. 

The “Maintain Client Organization Model” page appears.

Client Code

From the drop-down list box, select the code of the client.

The system displays the following in the header:

   Client Name

The name of the client.

The “Maintain Client Organization Model” page consists of the following tabs.

Tab – Organization Structure                                                                        

The “Organization Structure” tab enables you to record the SBU, Sub Department, Division, Cost Centre and Channel as applicable in the Organization as a combination.

Status

From the drop-down list box, select the status of the organization. The combo is loaded with the values “Active” and “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

SBU

From the drop-down list box, select the required option. If no option is applicable then select the value as “Not Applicable”.

Division

From the drop-down list box, select the type of division. The combo is loaded with various values for you to choose.

Department Code

From the drop-down list box, select the department code. Mandatory.

Department Name

The system displays the name of the department by default.

Sub Department

From the drop-down list box, select the sub department. The combo is loaded with the user defined quick codes and so the values may vary. If no option is applicable then select the value as “Not Applicable”.

Client Cost Center

The client cost center. The entered cost center will be saved.

Channel

From the drop-down list box, select the required channel. The combo is loaded with various values for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Remarks

Enter remarks, if any.

Tab - Location Structure       

The ‘Location Structure’ tab enables you to record location details like State, Work, Location, Store/Branch/Office ID, Description, Industry Classification, Labour Act, Statutory Region Details, Holiday Master and Weekly Off Pattern.       

Status

From the drop-down list box, select the status of the client’s organization. The combo is loaded with the values “Active” and “Inactive”. Mandatory.

Country

From the drop-down list box, select the client’s country. The combo is loaded with various countries for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Zone/Region

From the drop-down list box, select the client’s zone/region. The combo is loaded with various regions for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Work Location

From the drop-down list box, select the client’s work location. The combo is loaded with various locations for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

City Type

From the drop-down list box, select the client’s city type. The combo is loaded with various city types for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Store/Branch/Office ID

The Store/Branch/Office ID of the client. Mandatory.

Store/Branch/Office

The description for Store/Branch/Office. Mandatory.

Project/Team

The details related to project or team of the client.

Address Line 1

The address of the client. Mandatory.            

Address Line 2

The address of the client.

Address Line 3

The address of the client.

Zip Code

The zip code of the client. Mandatory.

Contact Person Name

The name of the contact person for that particular store/branch/office. Mandatory.

Phone No.

The phone number of that particular store/branch/office.

Fax No.

The fax number of that particular store/branch/office.

License No.

The license number of that particular store/branch/office. Mandatory.

License Valid From

The effective date from which the license is valid. Mandatory.

License Valid Till

The effective date till which the license is valid.

Industry Classification

From the drop-down list box, select the type of industry. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Labour Act Applicable

From the drop-down list box, select the labour act that is applicable. The combo is loaded with various labour acts for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Statutory Zone for Minimum Wages Act

From the drop-down list box, select the statutory zone applicable for minimum wages act. The combo is loaded with various zones for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Statutory Region 1

From the drop-down list box, select the statutory region 1 that is applicable. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Statutory Region 2

From the drop-down list box, select the statutory region 2 that is applicable. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Statutory Region 3

From the drop-down list box, select the statutory region 3 that is applicable. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Statutory Region 4

From the drop-down list box, select the statutory region 4 that is applicable. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Holiday Master

From the drop-down list box, select the required holiday master. The combo is loaded with various holiday masters for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Weekly Off Pattern

From the drop-down list box, select the required weekly off pattern. The combo is loaded with various weekly off patterns for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.

Remarks

Enter remarks, if any.

Note: The details saved in the “Client Organization Master” screen will further be mapped to the applicants in the “Applicant Management” screen. You are allowed to make a particular organization structure or location structure details as “Inactive” which indicates that it cannot be                            mapped to new enrollments.
