Client Access Rights
The “Client Access Rights” screen enables you to record the access rights for various work flow processes.
Select the “Client Access Rights” activity under the “Client Management”.
The “Maintain Client Location – Employee Access” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the header:
Client Code |
From the drop-down list box, select the code of the client. |
The system displays the following in the header:
Client Name |
The name of the client. |
Service Location |
The service location of the client. |
The “Maintain Client Location – Employee Access” page consists of the following tabs.
The “Access Mapping” tab enables you to store access rights information for Store/Branch/Office, Department, Process and Authorization Level and also keeps track of all the changes that are carried out.
Enter the following field details in the “Access Mapping” multiline.
Store/Branch/Office |
From the drop-down list box, select the store/branch/office. The combo is loaded with various options for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Department |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of department. The combo is loaded with various options for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Process |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of process. The combo is loaded with various options for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Authorization Level |
From the drop-down list box, select the level of authorization. The combo is loaded with various levels of authorization for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
User Name |
The name of the user or select from help. Help facility available |
Additional User Effective From |
The additional user to record submit level user access rights. The date from which the access mapping is effective. Mandatory. |
Effective To |
The date till which the access mapping is effective. |
Comments |
Enter comments, if any. |
Select the required field and click “Save” to save the entered access mapping details.
The “Authorization Exception” tab enables you to store authorization exception information for an employee for a particular Process and Authorization Level and also keeps track of all the changes that are carried out.
Enter the following field details in the “Authorization Exception” multiline.
Employee ID |
The ID identifying the employee Help facility available |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee is displayed by default. |
Process |
From the drop-down list box, select the process of leave authorization. The combo is loaded with various processes for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Authorization Level |
From the drop-down list box, select the level of authorization. The combo is loaded with various levels of authorization for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
User Name |
The name of the user or select from help. Help facility available |
Effective From |
The date from which the authorization is effective. Mandatory. |
Effective To |
The date till which the authorization is effective. |
Select the required field and click “Save” to save the authorization exception details.
