Date format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employee

The code and name of the employee.

SSN

The social security number of the employee.

Recording cobra acceptance

Program

From the drop-down list box, select the program for which you need to record the COBRA acceptance. The drop-down list box displays the list of all the program short descriptions defined in the “Create Benefit Program” activity of Benefits Definitions. 

Qualifying Event

 From the drop-down list box, select the event in which you want to enroll in COBRA. The drop-down list box displays the list of the events defined in the HRMS General Masters component. By default, the system displays “Select” in the drop-down list box. If there is only one value, the system will default with the value.

Participation From Date

The date for enrollment.

Plan Category

The plan category to which the plan is mapped. One amongst the five are displayed namely “Health", "Life & AD\D", "Disability", "FSA" and "Savings"

Plan Code

The unique code that identifies the plan.

Plan Description

The description of the plan.

Participation From Date

The date from which the plan is open for enrollment.

Participation to Date

The date until which the plan is open for enrollment

Acceptance Date

The date from which the employee is accepted in Cobra enabled plans.
