Maintain BPO Location Master
Select the “Maintain BPO Location Master” activity under the “BPO Project Execution”.
The “Maintain BPO Location Master” page appears.
Note: This page is accessible only if the SRP BPO applicable parameter is set as “Yes” in Set Process Parameters activity of HR Process Parameters component under HR Setup.
Enter the following field details in the header:
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the login organization unit. The login OU is defaulted on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Enter the following field details in the “Location Details” section:
Country |
From the drop-down list box, select the country. The combo is loaded with various countries. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
State / Province |
From the drop-down list box, select the state/province for which the location has to defined. The combo is loaded with various states and state descriptions based on the country selected. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. |
On selecting the country, the location details are defaulted in the multiline.
If there is no location defined for the selected country, enter the following details in the multiline:
Location Code |
Enter the unique code of the location. Mandatory. |
Location Name |
Enter the unique name of the location. Mandatory. |
Address |
Enter the address of the location. Mandatory. |
City |
Enter the name of the city. Mandatory. |
State / Province |
From the drop-down list box, select the state and province. Mandatory. The combo is loaded with the state and province which is selected in the header. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Zip Code |
The zip code of the location. Mandatory. Ensure that the Zip code entered for one country is not repeated for another country or State/Province combination. |
Select the required row and click “Save” to save the entered location details.
Note: You cannot delete the location code if it is already used in “Maintain BPO Customer Location” page.
The system displays the following details in “Data History” section:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the location details. |
Created Date and Time |
The date and time on which the location details was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the location details. |
Last Modified Date and Time |
The date and time on which the location details were last modified. |
