Maintain BPO Customer Locations
Select the “Maintain BPO Customer Locations” activity under the “BPO Project Execution”.
The “Maintain BPO Customer Locations” page appears.
Note: This page is accessible only if the SRP BPO applicable parameter is set as “Yes” in Set Process Parameters activity of HR Process Parameters component under HR Setup.
Enter the following field details in the header:
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the login organization unit. The login OU is defaulted on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Customer Code |
From the drop-down list box, select the customer code and customer name. The combo is loaded with customers associated to contracts which has PO/SOW. |
Customer Name |
On selecting the customer, the customer name is displayed. |
Contract |
From the drop-down list box, select the contract number and contract name. The combo is loaded with various contract numbers which has PO/SOW associated to the customer. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
PO/SOW |
From the drop-down list box, select the PO/SOW Number and PO/SOW Description. The combo is loaded with PO / SOW created under relevant contract along with All option. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Location Approval Required |
If “Need Approval for additional location” is checked in “Maintain BPO PO/SOW Master” page then “Yes” is defaulted, else “No”. If “All” option is selected in PO/SOW, then the system displays “refer status” which signifies that the same should be referred from multiline status. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Location Code-Name |
From the drop-down list box, select the location code. The combo is loaded with various location code, name and country as defined in “Maintain BPO Location Master” page. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory. Note: A single location can be mapped to multiple PO / SOW and multiple contracts. |
End Client Name |
Enter the end client name of the service. Mandatory. |
CSE Code |
Enter the customer support executive code of client for the specific customer location selected or select the code using help icon. Mandatory. Help Facility Available |
CSE Name |
On selecting the CSE code, the name of CSE is displayed. |
Serviced Since |
Enter the date since which the service is provided. Ensure that the entered date is not before contract effective from date. |
Status |
The status of the location. “Pending for Authorization” or “Authorized” is displayed. |
SOW Execution Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the SOW execution status. The combo is loaded with values “Fully Executed”, “Not Executed” and “Not executed but approved”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. Note: You can change SOW Execution status to “Fully executed” for authorized records even after authorization. |
PO/SOW |
The relevant PO / SOW against the location are displayed. |
Authorization Remarks |
Enter the Authorization remarks. Note: You can enter the remarks only if the status is in “Pending for Authorization”. |
Select the required row and click “Submit” to save the entered location details.
On submit the relevant PO / SOW against the location is saved.
Note: Authorization process is workflow enabled.
If PO / SOW for which authorization is not required (that is Need for approval for additional location is not checked in relevant PO / SOW) then the record is authorized and the status is displayed to “Authorized”.
If PO / SOW for which authorization is required (that is Need for approval for additional location is checked in relevant PO / SOW) then the record is submitted for authorization and the status is displayed to “Pending for Authorization”.
Select the required row and click “Authorize” to authorize the location details.
On authorize, the system authorizes the location and status is changed to “Authorized”.
The system displays the following details in “Data History” section:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the customer location details. |
Created Date and Time |
The date and time on which the customer location details was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the customer location details. |
Last Modified Date and Time |
The date and time on which the customer location details were last modified. |
