Viewing Batch Process Report

Select the “Batch Process Report” from the left pane.

The “Batch Process Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field.

Reporting Unit	The reporting unit for which the report is generated.
Date Format	The date format applicable to the login user.

Enter the following.

Process Description	From the drop-down list box, select the process description for which you require to view the report.
Application Process ID From	The identification number of the application session from which you require to view the report.
Application Process ID To	The identification number of the application session until which you require to view the report.
Status	From the drop-down list box, select the status of the batch process for which you require to view the report. The system lists “All”, “Completed”, “In Progress”, “Queued” and “Failed” as options.
User Name	The name identifying the user who initiated the batch process and for whom you require to view the report.
Role Name	The role name assigned to the user.
Organization Unit	From the drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which you want to view the report.
Start Date From	The processing start date of the batch process from which you require to view the report.
Start Date To	The processing start date of the batch process until which you require to view the report.
End Date From	The processing end date of the batch process from which you require to view the report.
End Date To	The processing end date of the batch process until which you require to view the report.

Click the “Search” pushbutton.

The system displays the following field.

Application Process ID	The identification number of the application session generated in the batch process.
Status	The status of the batch process. Note: For Queued items, a sequence no is appended to specify the order of queued processes.
Start Date and Time	The process starting date and time of the batch process. Note: For Queued Items, it is the date and time at which the process got queued.
End Date and Time	The process ending date and time of the batch process. Note: For In Progress and Queued Items, it will be blank.
User Name	The name identifying the user who initiated the batch process.
Role Name	The role name assigned to the user.
Organization Unit	The organization unit of the user.
Run No	The run number of the report generated by the system.

Note: The system displays the search results in the following order: Status Field- In Progress, Queued, Failed, Completed and Start Time Field - Descending order.
