This activity enables you to record the zone details. For a chosen Zone and State combination, you can record the Area details. You can also modify the details specified earlier. You can also retrieve the zone details in the Tax Rate Masters screen to specify the Zone Offset Constants.
Through this activity, you will be able to do the following:
To record zone details, select Statutory → Australia Statutory Master Setup → Zone Master from the Business Process menu.
Choose an Option from the Australia Statutory Setup Unit combo.
In the Area Information multiline, choose an Option from Zone and State combos.
Enter the Area Code and Area Name for the selected zone and state combination.
Enter relevant Remarks that pertain to the zone details.
Click Submit to save the details.
To modify zone master details, select Statutory → Australia Statutory Master Setup → Zone Master from the Business Process menu.
Choose an Option from the Australia Statutory Setup Unit combo.
In the Search Criteria section, choose an Option from Zone and State combos.
Click Get to modify the zone details.
The system retrieves and displays entire details of the zone. Make required modifications to the data displayed. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.
Enter relevant Remarks that pertain to the zone details.
Click the Submit to save the modified zone details.
