This activity enables you to record the superannuation fund details for Australia statutory unit. You can retrieve the existing superannuation fund details. You can search and access the history of funds with the effective dates. You can specify the employer default as “Yes” or “No” for the funds. You can also modify the details specified earlier.
Through this activity, you will be able to do the following:
To record a new superannuation fund details, select Statutory → Australia Statutory Master Setup → Superannuation Fund Master from the Business Process menu.
Click the Add New Fund hyperlink in the Select Superannuation Fund screen. The Superannuation Fund Master screen appears.
Choose option from the Australia Statutory Setup Unit combo to record a new superannuation fund details.
In the Access History section, choose the Effective Period combo to access the history with the effective dates.
In the Superannuation Fund Details section, enter the Fund Code for which the superannuation fund detail has to be defined.
Enter the Fund Name for which the superannuation fund detail has to be defined.
Enter the unique business number as specified by the Australian Government, in Australian Business Number for identifying the fund name.
Enter the address details of the fund administrator in Address1, Address2 and Address3 fields.
Enter the name of the city or town in the City/Town textbox where the fund administrator is located.
Choose an option from State combo for capturing the location details of the fund administrator. The system list all state names as defined in the State Master.
Enter the Post Code for the selected state.
Enter the Phone number and Website details of the fund administrator.
Enter Product Identification Number of the superannuation fund if applicable.
Enter the Bank Name and Account Number of the fund administrator.
Enter the BSB (Bank State Branch) Number for recording the superannuation fund details.
Choose an option from Employer Default combo for recording the superannuation fund details. The option are “No”, “Yes” and “Select”. The option “Yes” indicates that the employer defined the superannuation fund for the employee. The option “No” indicates that the employee defined the superannuation fund details.
In the Modification Details section, choose Update option from Modification Option combo to save the details with the current effective date.
Enter the New Effective From date to validate the records.
Enter relevant Remarks that pertain to the superannuation fund.
Click the Submit to save the superannuation fund details.
To edit the superannuation fund details, select Statutory → Australia Statutory Master Setup → Superannuation Fund Master from the Business Process menu.
Click the Data Hyperlink Fund Name in the Select Superannuation Fund screen. The Superannuation Fund Master screen appears.
Choose option from the Australia Statutory Setup Unit combo to modify the existing superannuation fund details.
In the Search Criteria, Choose an option from Fund Code Name combo and click Get Details.
The system retrieves and displays entire details of the Superannuation Fund. Make required modifications to the data displayed. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.
In the Modification Details section, choose Correct option from Modification Option combo to save the modified details with the current effective date.
Enter relevant Remarks that pertain to the superannuation fund details.
Click the Submit to save the modified superannuation fund details.
Click the Delete to delete the selected superannuation fund details.
