To compute the objective weightage, in percentage

The multiline displays the following for each objective

Weightage (in %)

The weightage assigned to the objective, in percentage. Example: There are three objective codes in the multiline: A1, A2 and A3.

You had entered the following weightages for each objective, in the “Objective Weightage” field in the multiline: 20 for A1, 40 for A2 and 10 for A3.

The system therefore takes the total as 70, and computes each objective’s weightage in percentage as follows: A1 = 28.5 %, A2= 57% and A3=14.5%

To assign “approved” for all objectives

The system assigns the “Approved” status for all the objectives in the multiline.

The system saves this mapping of appraisal objectives to the employee.
