Manage Open Transactions - A summary of the activity

This activity enables you to modify the date of all document types. The screen allows financial calendar BFG (Business Function Group) closure even if there are open transactions pending authorization for that month by revising document date to the next open financial period.

This change can be addressed by modifying the transaction dates to the first date of the next open financial period for all the open transactions to enable previous month end closure.
