Maintenance Cost Report – A summary of the activity
In this activity, you can generate the maintenance cost report for the maintenance activities performed on the aircraft. The line maintenance department executes scheduled and unscheduled jobs on aircrafts every day. The maintenance cost for the scheduled and unscheduled jobs performed on the aircraft will be computed. Maintenance cost is the cost of labour / material / facilities directly expended in performing maintenance on an aircraft. This report is generated based on parameters such as aircraft registration number, work center number, technical log number, work unit number, from and to date, and display option.
Maintenance Cost Report will provide the following information:
4 Estimated and actual maintenance cost expended on scheduled maintenance jobs.
4 Actual maintenance cost for unscheduled jobs performed and recorded in Technical Log.
The maintenance cost computation will be based on the estimation available in the task master and the actual consumption reported in the technical log. Technical Log is a document carried on an aircraft, which contains the aircraft maintenance record. Only the technical logs that are in “Confirmed” status will be considered for cost computations.
