Help on OU Instance-Component-Shadow ID Combination
This page helps you to fetch and select the OU instance – Component – Shadow ID which is mapped to RM (Resource Manager) Server. You can select the details by specifying the component name, OU instance name, the shadow id of the combination, RM server name and the database name which is used in the RM server. Based on the search criteria the details are fetched in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon next to the “OU Instance” Field.
The “Help on OU Instance-Component-Shadow” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following fields in the header:
OU Instance Name |
A unique name of OU instance by which you wish to retrieve the details. |

The description of OU instance name. |
Component Name |
A unique component name by which you wish to retrieve the details. |

The description of the component name. |
Shadow ID |
Shadow ID always has the value of ‘0’. |
RM Server ID |
A unique number identifying the resource server by which you wish to retrieve the details. |
DB Name |
The name of the database used in the resource server by which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Click the “Fetch OU Instance-Component Mapping Details” pushbutton to fetch the OU instance – component details.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

The name of the OU instance. |

The description of the OU instance. |
Comp Name |
A unique name of the component. |
Comp. Desc. |
The description of the component name. |
Shadow ID |
Shadow ID always has the value of ‘0’. |
RM Server ID |
A unique identification number of the resource server. |
RM Server Name |
The name of the resource server. |
DB Name |
The name of the database used in the resource server. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select OU instance – component – shadow id combination details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
