Employee Cost-Initial Plan – A summary of the activity

Getting familiar with the pages inside

This activity is used for estimating the employee cost required initially in the project plan. This plan can be updated in the “Employee Cost –Plan Updation” activity depending on the Updation type selected in this plan. Through this activity the total effort and employee cost required for Onsite and Offshore is calculated. For offshore the infrastructure cost is also calculated.
