Select the “Set Parameters – MAC” link from the “Company Parameter Setup” business component.
The “Set Parameters – MAC” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Process Parameters” group box:

Post Total Variance |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the variance amount must be posted to cost center as individual variances or as total variance. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Set” pushbutton to set the parameters for management accounting.
The system saves the parameters that have been defined. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the parameter details.
