The “Acc. Balance Due” tab appears.

Due

The due date for the debit documents. The system displays the following options:

  • Red -   Indicates that the due date is earlier than the current system date.

  • Green – Indicates that the due date is later than the current system date.

Doc. Type

The reference document type, such as customer order.

Doc. #

The identification number of the document.

Doc. Date

The date of creation of the document.

Doc. Curr.

The identification code of the currency mapped to the customer account.

Doc. Amount

The amount quoted in the document.

Amt. Adj.

The amount of credit adjusted against the debit, if any.

Click the hyperlinked adjustment value to view the invoice summary for the given document.

Amount Due (Doc. Curr.)

The amount of due for the debit document records selected in the multiline.

Exch. Rate

The exchange rate of the account currency with respect to the base currency of the company.

Amount Due

The total amount due is calculated by applying the exchange rate on Amount Due (In Doc currency).

Due Date

The due date of each document fetched in multiline.

Classification

The classification of the document, which could be any of the following:

  • Debit Amounts Due – Indicates that the document type is "Customer Account based debit note",  "Customer Item based debit note",  "Customer Direct Invoice",  "Customer Service Invoice", “Customer Misc. Invoice", "Customer Packslip Invoice" or "Customer Payment voucher".

  • Unadjusted Receipt - Indicates that the document type is "Customer Receipt Voucher".

  • Unadjusted Credits -  Indicates that the document type is "Customer Account Based Credit Note" or "Customer Item Based Credit Note" or "Prepayment Invoice" or "Customer Transfer Credit Note"
