Using Online Help

The system displays the following in the “Billing Details” multiline:

Line #

The code identifying the line in the document.

Ref. Doc. Type

The reference document type corresponding to the Invoice #.

Doc. Type

The type of document which is Flight Invoice Release.

Document #

The Flight Invoice Release # corresponding to the Invoice

Billing Head

The billing heads that are billed in the Invoice Release.

By default the system displays values in the Manage Invoice Release

  • Enter the following in the “Billing Details” multiline:

Billing Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category under which the billing head must be grouped. The drop-down list box displays the Active category codes under the category type “Flight Billing Category” and entity type “Flight Billing Operations” in the “Maintain Category Codes” activity of the Category component.

By default the system displays values in the Manage Invoice Release.

The system displays the following in the “Billing Details” multiline:

Inv. Element

The Invoice Element of the relevant billing head.

Amount (Sys.)

The system calculated billable amount.

Billing Amount

The billable amount that can be modified.

Cost Center

Any observations or comments regarding the item available in the line Cost Center. Mandatory. The code identifying the cost center that has been mapped to the “Item Revenue Account”. The cost center must have been defined in the “Cost Setup” business component.

Help facility available

Analysis #

The analysis code to which the “Item Revenue Account” is mapped to in the “Account Based Budgeting” business component (Alphanumeric, 5). Mandatory if Account Code-Analysis # mapping exists.

Ensure that the code entered in this field is a valid analysis code mapped to the account code.

Help facility available

Sub Analysis #

The sub-analysis code to which the analysis code is mapped to in the “Account Based Budgeting” business component (Alphanumeric, 5). Data entry in this field is mandatory if Analysis Code – Sub Analysis # mapping exists.

Ensure that the code entered in this field is a valid subanalysis code mapped to the account code.

Expense Classification

Use the drop-down list box to specify the classification of the expense incurred in the invoice. The system lists all the active codes as defined for the entity “Expense Classification” in the “Finance Setup” business component.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Remarks

Any comment pertaining to the invoice.
