Viewing part consumption details for hangar work order
In this page, you can view the parts consumption details for a task or work order. You can specify the task for which you need to view the parts consumption details, such as the issued, used and returned number of parts. If the task number is not specified, the system displays the parts consumption details of the selected work order.
Select the “View Part Consumption” link at the bottom of the “Review Work Order Information” page.
The “Review Part Consumption” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:
Visit Package # |
The visit package for which the work order is raised. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft on which the work order task is executed. |
Work Order # |
The work order number for which the part consumption details must be viewed. |
Job Type |
The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”. |
Work Center # |
The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order. |
Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following in the “Task Details” group box:
Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the part consumption details must be viewed. The system lists all the tasks that are associated to the work order. Leave this field blank to retrieve the part consumption details for all the tasks in the work order, The system leaves the field blank by default. |
The system displays the following on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:
Revision # |
The revision number of the task. |
Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following:
Currency |
The base currency of the login organization unit. |
The system displays the following in the “Part Consumption Details” multiline:
Issued Part # |
The part number which is consumed for the task or work order. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
Part Type |
The type of the part as defined in the “Part Administration” business component. |
Issue Basis |
The basis on which the part is issued which could be “Returnable”, “Non-Returnable” or “Core Returnable”. |
Issue Warehouse # |
The warehouse from which the part is issued. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement for the quantity of parts estimated, requested, issued, used or returned, for the task or work order. |
Est. Qty. |
The quantity of part required, to complete the task as defined in the “Maintenance Task” business component. |
Requested Qty |
The quantity of part requested to complete the task or work order. |
Issued Quantity |
The quantity of parts issued from the warehouse for the specified task or work order. |
Used Qty. |
The quantity of parts consumed for the task or work order. |
Pending Return Quantity |
The quantity of parts pending to be returned to the warehouse. |
Part Cost |
The cost of the part. |
Return Quantity |
The quantity of parts returned to the warehouse. |
Returned Qty – Excess |
The quantity of unused part returned to the warehouse. |
Returned Qty – Core |
The quantity of core part returned to the warehouse. Core returnable indicates that instead of the issued part any other part can be returned. |
Consumption Mode |
The consumption mode of the part, which could be “Regular” or “Backflushed”. |
Part Usg. Comments |
Any additional remarks or comments pertaining to the usage of the part. |
Reconciliation Comments |
Any additional remarks or comments pertaining to the reconciliation of the part. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the part for which the issue or fitment details are to be viewed.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Part Issue Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the transaction details of the part.
Select the “View Spare Part Fitment Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the part attachment details.
