Viewing spare part attachment details
In this page you can view the position code details for the spare parts utilized for the work order or task. The serial number, lot number of the spare part, the position code where the serial number of the spare part is attached, and the date on which the spare part is attached to the position code and attachment comments can be viewed in this page.
Select the “View Spare Part Fitment Information” link at the bottom of the “Review Part Consumption” page.
The “Review Spare Part Fitment Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:
Visit Package # |
The visit package for which the work order is raised. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft on which the work order task is executed. |
Work Order # |
The work order number for which the part transaction details must be viewed. |
Job Type |
The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”. |
Work Center # |
The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order. |
Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following in the “Component Details” group box:
Component # |
The component for which the spare part position details must be viewed. |
Part # |
The part number to which the component belongs. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following in the “Task Details” group box:
Task # |
The task number associated to the work order. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the task. |
Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following in the “Spare Part Details” group box:
Spare Part # |
The spare part, which has been selected in the “Review Part Consumption” page. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the spare part. Zoom facility available. |
Used Quantity |
The quantity of spare part used. |
The system displays the following in the “Part Fitment Details” multiline:
Part Serial # |
The serial number of the spare part placed in the position code. |
Lot # |
The number identifying the lot to which the spare part serial number belongs. |
Position Code |
The position code to which the spare part must be fitted. |
Date of Attachment |
The date on which the component is attached to the position code. |
Fitment Comments |
Any general comments or remarks regarding the attachment of spare part in the position code. |
