In this page, you can select a work order to view its details. You can carry out a search based on the work order number, visit package, aircraft registration number, type, work center or the status of the work order. The system retrieves the work order details based on the search criteria specified.

The “Select Work Order” page appears.

Work Order #

The number identifying the work order for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the work order number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work orders that are similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the work orders.

Work Order Desc

The textual description of the work order (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work orders with the description similar to the description entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the work orders irrespective of the description.

Visit Package #

The number identifying the visit package (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work orders that are associated with the visit packages specified here.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the aircraft registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work orders that refer to the aircraft whose numbers are similar to the value specified here.

Job Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the job type of the work order. The system provides the options, “Aircraft”, “On-wing” and “Component Removal”. The system retrieves all the work orders whose job type is similar to the type specified here. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the work orders irrespective of the job type. The system sets the field blank by default.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center, to which the work order you need to retrieve is attached. The system retrieves all the work orders attached to the work center specified here. The system sets the field blank by default. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the work orders irrespective of the work center.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work order to be retrieved. The system displays the following options: “Scheduled”, “In-Progress”, “Completed”, “Pre-Closed”, “Closed”, “Reversed” and “Cancelled”.

The system leaves the field blank by default.

ATA #

Use the drop-down list to select the ATA chapter number associated to the aircraft. The system lists all the active ATA chapters created in the “Create ATA Chapter” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. The system retrieves all the work orders associated to the ATA chapter number selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the work orders irrespective of the ATA number.

Task Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the task category. The system lists all the quick codes of type “Task Category” as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Maintenance Task” business component. The system retrieves all the work orders with the task category selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the work orders irrespective of the task category.

The system leaves this field blank by default.

Task Description

The textual description of the task (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work orders applicable to the task description entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the work orders irrespective of the task description.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft. (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work orders that refer to the aircraft whose owning agency number matches with the customer number entered here.

Customer Name

The name of the customer owning the aircraft. (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the name in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the work orders that refer to the aircraft whose owning agency name matches with the customer name entered here.

Adv. Search ID

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the work orders based on the advanced search ID. The system retrieves the work order based on the search criteria specified for the search ID. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Visit Package #

The visit package for which the work order is raised.

Status

The status of the work order, which could be “Scheduled”, “In-Progress”, “Completed”, “Pre-Closed”, “Closed”, “Reversed” or “Cancelled”.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft on which the work order task is executed.

Work Order #

The work order retrieved by the system.

Work Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Job Type

The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”.

Job Status

The status of the job done.

Authorization Status

The authorization status of the work order, which could be “Authorized”, “Pending Authorization” or “Not Required”.

Transient Status

The transient status of the work order.

% Completion

The percentage of work completed in the work order.

Delay Reported ?

Indicates whether any delay has been reported while executing the work order. The system displays either “Reported” or “Not-Reported”.

Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft.

Customer Name

The name of the customer owning the aircraft.
