In this page, you can select the facility for which the usage details are to be recorded.  Tell me more.

The “Select Facility” page appears.

Facility #

The facility number for which the usage details are to be recorded (Alphanumeric, 40).

Facility Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the facility. The system provides the options “Equipment”, “Tools” and “Others”. The system leaves the field blank by default.

To search for a facility

Facility #

The number identifying the facility for which the usage details are to be recorded (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system retrieves all facilities whose numbers are similar to the number entered here.

Facility Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the facility to be retrieved. The system provides the options “Equipment”, “Tools” and “Others”. The system retrieves the facility numbers that are of the type selected here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the facility number irrespective of its type. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Facility description

The textual description of the facility to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the facility numbers whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Zoom facility available.

Facility category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the facility to be retrieved. The system retrieves the facilities which belong to the category selected here. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve facilities irrespective of the category. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center, to retrieve the facilities associated to it. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the details irrespective of the work center. The system leaves the field blank by default.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” group box, based on the filter criteria specified:

Facility #

The number identifying the facility.

Facility description

The textual description of the facility.

Facility Type

The type of the facility.

Facility category

The category to which the facility belongs.

Work Center #

The work center to which the facility is associated.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Record Facility Usage - A summary of the activity

In this page, you can select the facility for which the usage details are to be recorded. If you know the facility code and the facility type for which the usage details are to be entered, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the facility code, its type, description, category or work center. The details of the selected facility, such as the facility code, its description, type, category, work center to which the facility is associated and the work center description are displayed.
