Selecting part warranty agreement for viewing

The “Select Part Warranty Agreement” page appears.

To search for a part warranty agreement

Agreement #

Agreement Desc	The textual description of the agreement
Agreement Category	Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the part warranty agreement. The system lists all the 'active' agreement categories defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves the agreements of the category specified here.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the part warranty agreement. The system lists the following options:
	Fresh - Select this option to view the part warranty agreement that is in "Fresh" status.
	Confirmed - Select this option to view the part warranty agreement that is in "Confirmed" status.
	Draft – Select this option to view the part warranty agreement that is in “Draft” status.
	Amended – Select this option to view the part warranty agreement in “Amended” status
	Pending Confirmation - Select this option to view the part warranty agreement that is in "Pending Confirmation" status
	Revised – Select this option to view the part warranty agreement that is in “Revised” status.
	Cancelled – Select this option to view the part warranty agreement in “Cancelled” status
	Under Amendment – Select this option to view the part warranty agreement in “Under Amendment” status
	Leave the field blank to retrieve the agreements irrespective of their status.
User Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the user status of part warranty agreement. The system lists all the 'active' user statuses of part warranty agreement defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves all the agreements of the user statuses specified here.
Supplier #	The code identifying the supplier for which the part warranty agreement is created (Alphanumeric, 45). You can enter the supplier code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the agreements with the supplier code entered here.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the supplier name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the agreements that have the supplier name entered here.
Part #	The part number for which the warranty details are defined (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the agreements with part numbers that are similar to the number entered here.
Part Description	The textual description of the part (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the agreements with part descriptions that are similar to the description entered here.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Agreement #	The number identifying the agreement defined in the system.
Amendment #	The amendment number of the agreement.
Agreement Category	The category to which the agreement belongs.
Status	The status of the agreement which could be one of the following:
	Fresh - indicates that the part warranty agreement is created in the "Create Part Warranty Agreement" activity.
	Confirmed - indicates that the part warranty agreement is confirmed in the "Confirm Part Warranty Agreement" activity.
	Draft – Indicates that the part warranty agreement is created without some mandatory information.
	Amended – indicates that the part warranty agreement is amended in the “Amend Part Warranty Agreement” activity
	Pending Confirmation - indicates that the 'amended' part warranty agreement is waiting for confirmation. The agreement attains this status in the "Amend Part Warranty Agreement" activity.
	Revised – Indicates the part warranty agreement is revised in the “Revise Part Warranty Agreement” activity.
	Cancelled - indicates that the part warranty agreement is cancelled in the “Confirm Part Warranty Agreement” activity.
	Under Amendment – Indicates that the part warranty was amended, without some mandatory information for the newly added parts, after it was confirmed.
User Status	The user status of the part warranty agreement.
Supplier #	The code identifying the supplier for which the agreement is created.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.
No Of Parts	The number of parts for which the part warranty agreement is applicable.
Agreement Desc	The textual description of the agreement.

If you know the agreement number and the amendment number (if any), you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the agreement number, amendment number, description of the agreement, agreement category, status, user status, supplier number, supplier name, part number and part description. The system displays the part warranty agreements that match the filter criteria. You can select an agreement and view the details.
