Viewing the overall rating trend for supplier

In this page you can view the details of the overall rating trend for the supplier. Tell me more.

Select the “View Overall Rating Trend For Supplier” link in the “View Supplier Rating” page.

The “View Overall Rating Trend For Supplier” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Rating Details” group box:

Location

Use the drop-down list box to select the location for which the overall rating trend must be viewed for the supplier. The system lists the options “Across location” and all the locations defined for the login organization unit. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Overall Supplier Rating Basis

Use the drop-down list box to select the overall supplier rating basis. The system lists the options "Parts Only ", "Services Only" and ”Parts & Services”. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Supplier #

The code identifying the supplier for whom you wish to view the overall rating trend details (Alphanumeric, 45). Mandatory.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following fields in the “Rating Details” group box:

Supplier Description

The textual description of the supplier.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following fields in the “Rating Details” group box.

Rating: From Date	The starting date in the range of dates for which the supplier rating is been performed (Date Format).
Rating: To Date	The ending date in the range of dates for which the supplier rating is been performed (Date Format).

Note: Ensure that the “Rating From Date” is earlier than the “Rating To Date”.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the rating trend of the supplier.

The system displays the following fields in the “Rating Trend” multiline:

Rating #	The code identifying the rating document associated with the supplier.
Rating Date	The date on which the supplier was rated.
Location	The location for which the supplier is rated.
Overall Rating Basis	The overall rating basis of the supplier.
Rating Level	The location for which the indices or rating values are set.
Overall	The overall rating of the supplier.
Price	The rating of the supplier, based on the price.
Delivery	The rating of the supplier, based on the delivery.
Quality	The rating of the supplier, based on the quality of goods.
Service Quality	The rating of the supplier, based on the quality of service.
