Viewing the partwise or servicewise rating for the supplier

You can view the partwise or servicewise rating details for the supplier. Tell me more.

Select the “View Part / Service Wise Rating” link in the “View Supplier Rating” page.

The “View Part / Service Wise Rating” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Supplier Details” group box.

Supplier #

The code identifying the supplier for whom you wish to view the partwise or servicewise rating (Alphanumeric, 45). Mandatory.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following fields in the “Supplier Details” group box:

Supplier Description

The textual description of the supplier.

Zoom facility available.

Enter the following fields in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The code identifying the part to be considered, for viewing the part-wise rating for the supplier (Alphanumeric, 40).

Help facility available.

Part Category

Use the drop down list box to select the category of the part. The system lists all the “Active” category types as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Part Administration” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Part Group

Use the drop down list box to select the group of the part. The system lists all the “Active” part groups as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Part Administration” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Check the appropriate “Part Type” to specify the type of part to be considered for the partwise rating for the supplier:

All	Check this box to select parts of all part type for rating the supplier.
Kit	Check this box to select parts of type “Kit” for rating the supplier.
Consumable	Check this box to select parts of type “Consumable” for rating the supplier.
Raw Material	Check this box to select parts of type “Raw Material” for rating the supplier.
Expendable	Check this box to select parts of type “Expendable” for rating the supplier.
Miscellaneous	Check this box to select parts of type “Miscellaneous” for rating the supplier.
Tool	Check this box to select parts of type “Tool” for rating the supplier.
Component	Check this box to select parts of type “Component” for rating the supplier.

Enter the following fields in the “Service Details” group box:

Service #

The code identifying the service to be considered for viewing the servicewise rating for supplier (Alphanumeric, 40).

Service Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the service. The system lists the options “Regular” “Conversion” and “Activity”.

Service Category

Use the drop down list box to select the category of the service. The system lists all the “Active” category types as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Part Administration” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the partwise or servicewise rating for the supplier.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part / Service Wise Rating ” multiline:

Part / Service #	The code identifying the part or service for which the supplier is rated.
Description	The textual description of the part or service.

Note: The system displays both the part number and service number details, if the supplier rating type is “Overall Rating” and the option for “Overall Supplier Rating Basis” is set as “Parts and Services” in the “Set Options” activity.

Price	The rating assigned to the supplier, based on the price of the part or service.
Delivery	The rating assigned to the supplier, based on the delivery of the part or service.
Quality	The rating assigned to the supplier, based on the supply of the part.
Service Quality	The rating assigned to the supplier on the basis of service quality.
Rating #	The code identifying the rating document.
Rating Type	The type of the supplier rating, which could be "Part Rating", "Service Rating" or ”Overall Rating”.
Location	The location for which the supplier is rated.
Rating Date	The date on which the supplier is rated.
From Date	The starting date, in the range of dates, for which the supplier is rated.
To Date	The ending date, in the range of dates, for which the supplier is rated.

Viewing the partwise or servicewise rating for the supplier – An overview

You can view the partwise or servicewise rating details for the supplier. You can select the part number, part category, part group and the part type to view the partwise rating details of the supplier. Similarly, you can select the service number, service type and service category to view the servicewise rating details of the supplier.
