This page allows you to maintain the weightages.
Select the “Maintain Weightages” link under the “Supplier Rating” business component.
The “Maintain Weightages” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Rating Criteria” multiline:

Parameter |
The parameters such as “Price”, “Delivery”, “Quality” and “Service Quality”, and all the user-defined parameters. |

Parameter Type |
The type of the parameter, which could be “System Defined” or “User Defined”. |
Note: The system displays “System Defined” only for predefined parameters such as price, delivery, quality and service quality.
Enter or modify the details in the “Rating Criteria” multiline:
Note: You can enter the multiline details either for creating a new weightage, or for modifying the existing weightage for the parameters.
Note: If the weightage and remarks are already set for the parameter, the system retrieves and displays the details in the respective fields in the multiline.

Weightage |
The weightage assigned by the organization for the particular parameter (Numeric, 28). Ensure that the value is positive. |
Example
If, for an organization, the price parameter is considered the most important parameter followed by other parameters such as delivery, quality and service quality, the user can set the maximum weightage for the “Price Rating” parameter followed by the other parameters.

Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the weightage defined for the parameter (Alphanumeric, 255). |
The system displays the following fields in the “Rating Criteria” multiline:

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the parameter weightages. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the parameter weightages were last modified. |
The system displays the following field in the “Weightages” group box:

Total Weightages |
The total weightage of all the parameters. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the user-defined parameter.
Click the “Set Weightages” pushbutton, to update the details of the newly entered or modified weightage for the parameters.
The system updates the details of the newly created or modified weightages for the parameters.
