User Defined Stock Status - An overview

User-defined stock status component is an implementation administration utility, which satisfies the need for enabling the user to define their own stock statuses as well as configure the behavior of the statuses.

Any organization would  not only like to maintain the quantity of stock on hand, but also would want to track the quantity of stocks in different status. Stocks typically take statuses like “Accepted”, “Rejected”, “Held” “Quarantined”, “Allocated” etc. Each of these different statuses of a stock could have different characteristics.
