Viewing TCD code mapping

This page allows you to view the mapping details of the selected TCD code.

Select the “View TCD Mapping” link in the “View TCD Codes” or “Select TCD Codes” page.

The “View TCD Code Mapping” page appears

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “TCD Info” group box:

TCD #	The code identifying the TCD for which the mapping details are displayed.
Status	The status of the TCD, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
TCD Description	The textual description of the TCD.
TCD Type	The type of the TCD, which could be “Tax”, “Charge” or “Discount”.
Basis	The basis of TCD computation , which could be “Percentage”, “Flat” or “Unit Rate”..
Effective From	The date from which the TCD is effective.
Effective To	The date until which the TCD remains effective.
TCD Category	The category to which the TCD belongs.

The system displays the following in the “TCD Details” multiline:

TCD #	The TCD code to which the selected TCD is mapped.
TCD Description	The description of the mapped TCD.
TCD Type	The type of TCD, which could be “Tax”, “Charge” or “Discount”.
TCD Basis	The basis of TCD computation , which could be “Percentage”, “Flat” or “Unit Rate”..
Status	The status of the mapped TCD, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the user that defined the TCD code mapping.
Created Date	The date on which the TCD code mapping was done.
Last Modified By	The name of the user that last modified the TCD code mapping.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the TCD code mapping was last modified.
