Selecting supplier for maintaining PBH mapping details

This page allows you to select a supplier and the PBH agreement, for maintaining PBH mapping details.

Select the “Maintain Supplier PBH Mapping” link under the “Supplier” business component.

The “Select Supplier” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the supplier:

Supplier #	The code identifying the supplier for whom the PBH mapping details must be defined (Alphanumeric, 45). You can enter the supplier number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the suppliers, whose numbers are similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank to search for the suppliers irrespective of the supplier number.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the supplier name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the suppliers that match the supplier name entered here. Leave this field blank to search for the suppliers irrespective of the supplier name.
Agreement #	The number identifying the PBH agreement to be mapped to the supplier (Alphanumeric, 40
PBH On	Use the drop-down list box to specify the component associated with the PBH agreement. The system displays the options “Aircraft”, “Engine” and “Others”.
Model	Use the drop-down list box to specify the model of the aircraft associated with the PBH agreement. The system displays all the aircraft models defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

Note: Ensure that the aircraft model is specified only if the option selected in “PBH On” field is "Aircraft". If the option set in the “PBH On” field is not “Aircraft”, leave the aircraft model blank.

Part #	The number identifying the part to which the suppliers are to be mapped (Alphanumeric, 40). The part number should be a valid part number defined in the “Part Administration” business component.
City	The name of the city to which the supplier belongs (Alphanumeric, 32). You can enter the name of the city in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the suppliers belonging to the city entered here. Leave this field blank to search for the suppliers irrespective of the city.
Country	The name of the country to which the supplier belongs (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the name of the country in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the suppliers belonging to the country entered here. Leave this field blank to search for the suppliers irrespective of the country.
State	The name of the state to which the supplier belongs (Alphanumeric, 32). You can enter the name of the state in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the suppliers belonging to the state entered here. Leave this field blank to search for the suppliers irrespective of the state.
Supplier Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of supplier whose details you wish to retrieve. The system displays “Normal” and “Miscellaneous”. The system retrieves all the suppliers belonging to the type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve all the suppliers irrespective of the supplier type.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results in the multiline.

Note: The system retrieves the details of all “PBH Class” suppliers, in the respective fields in the “Search Results” multiline, if all the fields in the “Search Criteria” group box are left blank.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Supplier #	The supplier code retrieved by the system.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier corresponding to the supplier code.
Supplier Type	The type of the supplier, which could be “Normal” or “Miscellaneous”.
PBH On	The name of the component associated with the PBH agreement.
Agreement #	The number identifying the PBH agreement mapped to the supplier.
Model	The code identifying the model of the aircraft.

Note: The model number combo is loaded only if the component associated with the PBH agreement is “Aircraft”.

Part #	The number identifying the part to which the supplier is mapped.
City	The name of the city to which the supplier belongs.
State	The name of the state to which the supplier belongs.
Country	The name of the country to which the supplier belongs.

Click the hyperlinked supplier number in the multiline or alternatively select the "Maintain Supplier PBH Mapping" link, to map the selected supplier PBH agreement to aircraft and part serial numbers.
