Viewing stock conversion details

This page allows you to view the details of the stock conversion document. You can view the stock conversion and the details pertaining to the parts. You can also view details of the person who created, modified and confirmed the stock conversion document.

Select the “View Stock Conversion” link in the “Select Conversion Document” page.

The “View Stock Conversion” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Conversion Information” group box:

Stock conversion #	The number identifying the stock conversion document.
Status	The status of the stock conversion document. It could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Authorized” or “Cancelled”.
	Draft – indicates that some more information has to be entered for the stock conversion document.
	Fresh - indicates that all the information pertaining to the stock conversion document has been entered. The stock conversion document can be sent for authorization.
	Authorized – indicates that the stock conversion document has been authorized. An authorized stock conversion document cannot be modified or cancelled.
	Cancelled – indicates that the stock conversion document has been cancelled.
Category	The category of the stock conversion document.
User Status	The user status of the stock status conversion document.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse in which the parts are stored.
Warehouse Description	A textual description of the warehouse.
Conversion Type	Indicates whether ownership or stock status of the part was changed through stock conversion.
Condition Change?	Indicates whether condition of the part was changed through stock conversion.
Zone/Bin Change?	Indicates whether intra-warehouse transfer of the part was carried out through stock conversion.

The system displays the following in the “Storage Information” multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part that has been converted.
Part Description	The description of the converted part.
Quantity	The quantity of the converted part.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement of the converted part.
From Zone #	The zone in which the converted part was stored in the warehouse prior to conversion.
From Bin #	The bin in the zone in which the converted part was stored in the warehouse prior to conversion.
From Stock Status	The stock status of the part prior to conversion.
From Trading Partner #	The customer/supplier of the part with the stock status prior to conversion.
To Stock Status	The stock status to which the part is converted.
To Trading Partner #	The customer/supplier to which the part is converted.
To Zone #	The zone in the warehouse to which the part must be transferred after conversion.
To Bin #	The bin in the zone of the warehouse to which the part must be transferred after conversion.
Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the converted part.
From Trading Partner Type	The ownership of the part with the current stock status, such as Internal, Customer or Supplier.
To Trading Partner Type	The ownership of the part with the new converted stock status, such as Internal, Customer or Supplier.
Part Type	The type of the part which could be either “Raw Material”, “Component”, “Expendable”, “Tool”, “Consumable”, “Kit” and “Miscellaneous”.
Part Control Type	The control type of the part like whether the part is serial number controlled or lot number controlled or both serial number and lot number controlled.
Line #	The number generated by the system sequentially for every line containing a part number.

The system displays the following in the “Other Details” group box:

User-defined Detail – 1	Additional details pertaining to the viewing of the stock conversion
User-defined Detail – 2	Additional details pertaining to the viewing of the stock conversion
Remarks	Additional comments pertaining to the viewing of the stock conversion

The system displays the following in the “Attachments” group box:

File Name

The name of the file.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login user ID of the person that created the stock conversion document.
Create Date	The date on which the stock conversion document was created.
Last Modified By	The login user ID of the person that last modified the stock conversion document.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the stock conversion document was last modified.
Authorized By	The login user ID of the person that authorized the stock conversion document.
Authorized Date	The date on which the stock conversion document was authorized.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Serial #/ Lot # /Condition Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the serial and lot number details.
Select the “View References” link at the bottom of page to view the reference document details associated with the stock conversion document.
Select the “Upload Documents” link to save documents associated with the stock conversion transaction to the central repository.
Select the “View Associated Doc. Attachments” link to view documents associated with the stock conversion transaction.
Select the “Generate Part Barcode Label” link at the bottom of the page to generate barcode label for parts that you have selected in the “Storage Information” multiline.
