This page allows you to view the serial number and lot number details of the part, if the part is serial number or lot number controlled. You can view the stock conversion details, the details pertaining to the line number and the serial / lot number details of the selected part.

The “View Serial # / Lot # /Condition Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user name. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Conversion Information” group box:

Stock Conversion #

The number assigned to the stock conversion document.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse in which the part is stored.

Warehouse Description

The description of the warehouse.

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the stock conversion document which contains the part for which you wish to view the serial or lot number details. Select ‘All” to display all Lot-Controlled and/or Serial-Controlled parts from the stock conversion document in the “Storage Information” multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Storage Information” multiline:

PCT

Indicates the part control type of the converted part.

  Is displayed, if the converted part is both Serial-Controlled and Lot-Controlled.

  Is displayed, if the converted part is Lot-Controlled.

Part #

The number identifying the part that is converted.

Lot #

The number identifying the lot number of the part. (Alphanumeric, 40).

Manufacturer Lot #

The lot number of the part issued by the manufacturer.

Serial #

The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 40).

Quantity

The quantity of the part to be converted for the serial number or lot number displayed.

Stock UOM

The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked.

From Condition

The condition of the part, prior to stock conversion.

To Condition

The condition of the part consequent to stock conversion.

Remarks

Any remarks on the stock conversion of the part.

From Stock Status

The stock status of the part, prior to stock conversion.

From Trading Partner Type

The ownership of the part prior to stock conversion, such as Customer or Supplier.

From Trading Partner #

The owner of the part prior to stock conversion, such as customer name or supplier name.

From Zone #

The zone in the warehouse in which the part was stored prior to stock conversion

From Bin #

The bin in the zone of the warehouse in which the part was stored prior to stock conversion.

To Stock Status

The stock status of the part, consequent to stock conversion.

To Trading Partner Type

The ownership of the part consequent to stock conversion, such as Customer or Supplier.

To Trading Partner #

The owner of the part consequent to stock conversion, such as customer name or supplier name.

To Zone #

The zone in the warehouse in which the part was stored consequent to stock conversion.

To Bin #

The bin in the zone of the warehouse in which the part was stored consequent to stock conversion.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login user ID of the person who created the stock conversion document.

Create Date

The date on which the stock conversion document was created.

Last Modified By

The login user ID of the person that last modified the stock conversion document.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the stock conversion document was last modified.

Authorized By

The login user ID of the person that authorized the stock conversion document.

Authorized Date

The date on which the stock conversion document was authorized.
