Select the hyperlinked “Analysis #” in the multiline of the “Select Stock Analysis” page.
The “View Part Analysis” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Analysis Details” group box:
Analysis # |
The number identifying the analysis document. |
Analysis Date |
The date on which the analysis was performed. |
Analysis Type |
The type of the analysis, which could be “ABC” or “FSN” or “XYZ” or “VED” or “ABC – XYZ” or “ABC – FSN” or “ABC – VED” or “FSN – XYZ” or “FSN – VED” or “XYZ – VED” |
Analysis Level |
The level, which could be “Warehouse”, “Location” or “Across Locations”, at which the part classification analysis was performed. |
Planned By |
The login ID of the user who planned the part classification analysis. |
Location |
The location for which the part classification analysis is generated. |
Warehouse # |
The code identifying the warehouse for which the part classification analysis is generated. |
Remarks |
Any additional information pertaining to the generation of the stock analysis document. Zoom facility available |
From Date |
The starting date in the range of dates specifying the beginning of the period of the stock analysis. |
To Date |
The starting date in the range of dates specifying the beginning of the period of the stock analysis. |
The system displays the following in the “Part Filters” group box:
Part Category |
The category of the part for which the stock analysis document is displayed. |
Part Group |
The group of the part for which the stock analysis document is displayed. |
The system displays the “Part Type” as checked to indicate the type of part considered for the part classification analysis:
All |
When all the parts in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Raw Material |
When parts of type “Raw Material” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Tool |
When parts of type “Tool” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Kit |
When parts of type “Kit” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Expendable |
When parts of type “Expendable” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Component |
When parts of type “Component” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Consumable |
When parts of type “Consumable” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |
Miscellaneous |
When parts of type “Miscellaneous” in the inventory are considered for analysis. |

Expense Type |
The type of the expense for the part, which could be “Revenue” or “Capital”. |

The code identifying the part for which the part classification analysis was carried out. |

The textual description of the part. |
Location |
The location for which the part classification analysis is carried out. |
ABC Class Current |
The current ABC classification analysis of the stock as defined in the ”Part Administration” business component. |
ABC Class New |
The new ABC classification analysis of the stock. |
XYZ Class Current |
The current XYZ classification analysis of the stock as defined in the ”Part Administration” business component. |
XYZ Class New |
The new XYZ classification analysis of the stock. |
FSN Class Current |
The current FSN classification analysis of the stock as defined in the ”Part Administration” business component. |
FSN Class New |
The new FSN classification analysis of the stock |
VED Class Current |
The current VED classification analysis of the stock as defined in the ”Part Administration” business component. |
Part Type |

You can view the details of the stock analysis document such as part number, part description, location, the new and the current ABC class and XYZ class, new and current FSN class and the current VED class.
