This page allows you to export the replenishment details to a Microsoft Excel sheet based on the computation level selected.

The “Export Replenishment Information to Excel” page appears.

The system exports the computed replenishment details to the Microsoft Excel Sheet based on the computation level selected in the “Compute Replenishment Information” page. The details are displayed in the excel sheet in the following format.

The table displays the replenishment details exported to the excel sheet based on the following computation levels selected in the main page.

Scenario 1: Computation level set as “Warehouse”

a)       Location is selected and warehouse is left blank.

Note: If the warehouse is left blank, the system considers all the warehouses available in the storage area for computation.

b)       Both location and warehouse are selected.

Scenario 2: Computation level set as “Location”

a)       Location is selected and warehouse is left blank.

b)       Both Location and Warehouse are left blank.

Note: If the location is left blank, the system considers all the locations available in the storage area for computation.

Header Information (based on the scenario selected):

Location

The location for which the computation is performed.

Warehouse

The warehouse for which the computation is performed.

Column information (based on the Header information):

Location

The location for which the computation is performed.

Warehouse

The warehouse for which the computation is performed.

Computation Level

The computation level, which could be “Warehouse” or “Location”.

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the replenishment information is computed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Part Type

The type of the part, which could be “Component”, “Tools”, “Expendables”, “Raw Material”, “Miscellaneous”, “Kit” or “Consumables”.

Planning Type

The planning type of the part, which could be “Reorder Level” or “Min – Max”.

VED

If the parts are classified as “V”, “E” or “D” class.

ABC

If the parts are classified as “A”, “B” or “C” class.

Reorder Qty

The computed quantity of the part for which the order must be placed, when the reorder level is reached.

Reorder Level / Min Qty

The computed reorder level, which indicates that the system should automatically initiate the purchase activity, if the stock falls below this level.

Safety Stock

The computed quantity of the item that must be available in the location to meet the consumption rate fluctuations.

Carrying Cost

The miscellaneous cost such as the cost incurred for handling hazardous types of parts or breakable parts or storage cost for the space occupied by the part.

Per Order Cost

The miscellaneous cost such as transportation charges and electricity charges incurred on the part.

Annual Consumption

The annual consumption of the part stocked in the inventory.

Service Level Factor

The service level factor (in percentage) that sets a standard to avoid out-of-stock situations for replenishing the order.

Lead Time

The total time taken for completing the replenishment activity.

Update Required

The system displays “Yes” if the number of items for update is greater than zero. The system displays “No” otherwise.

Update Type

The system displays “+ve” if the update quantity exceeds the “% Maximum Tolerance” and “% Minimum Tolerance” in the positive direction.

The system displays “-ve” if the update quantity exceeds the “% Maximum Tolerance” and “% Minimum Tolerance” in the negative direction.
