To search for a warehouse

Warehouse #

The warehouse for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the warehouse code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the warehouse codes whose values are similar to the value entered here.

Description

The description of the warehouse for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the warehouses whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Warehouse Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the warehouse to be modified, which could be “Free” or “Normal”. The system retrieves all the warehouses of the type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of all the warehouses irrespective of their type. This field is set to blank by default.

Warehouse Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the category to which the warehouse to be modified, belongs. The system displays all the categories defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves all the warehouses belonging to the category selected here. Leave the field blank if you wish to retrieve the warehouse details irrespective of the category. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Warehouse Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the warehouse to be modified, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the warehouses belonging to the status specified here. Leave the field blank if you wish to retrieve the warehouse details irrespective of the status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default.

Note: If all the above fields are left blank, the system lists all the warehouses that are created in the organizational unit to which you have logged in.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Warehouse #

The code identifying the warehouse.

Description

The textual description of the warehouse.

Warehouse Type

The type of the warehouse, which could be either “Free” or “Normal”.

Warehouse Category

The category to which the warehouse belongs.

Warehouse Status
