Selecting service price list for viewing

This page permits you to select a service price list code to view the corresponding pricelist details. You can directly specify the value of the service price list code, revision number (if applicable) and view the details. You can carry out a search by specifying the price list related details in the search criteria. The search result is displayed in the multiline. You can select the price list numbers from the multiline to view its details.

Select the “View Service Price List” link under the “Service Price List” business component.

The “Select Service Price List” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following field in the "Direct Entry" group box, if you know the exact service price list number to be viewed:

Service Price List #	The code identifying the service price list that you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 10).
Revision #	The revision number of the service price list (Alphanumeric, 6).

Select the "View Service Price List Details" link provided alongside, to view the details of the service price list.

To search for a service price list

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a service price list. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Service Price List #	The number identifying the service price list (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the service price lists that are similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the service price lists.
Status	Use the drop down list box to select the status of the service price list as "Fresh" or "Canceled" or "Returned" or "Active" or "Inactive" or "Revised". The system retrieves all the service price lists that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve service price lists irrespective of their status.
Pricelist Category	Use the drop down list box to specify the category to which the service price list belongs. The system displays all the categories that are in the “Active” Status as defined in the “Category” business component. The system retrieves all the service price lists that belong to the category selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the service price lists irrespective of their category.
Description	The textual description of the service price list (Alphanumeric, 100). The system retrieves all the service price lists that contain the description entered here.
Currency	Use the drop-down list box to select the currency. The system lists all the currencies permitted for the company as defined in the “Enterprise Setup” business component. By default, the system displays the base currency.
Work Unit #	The number identifying the work unit. (Alphanumeric, 40).
Valid From	The starting date, in the range of dates, from which the service price list is valid.
Valid To	The ending date, in the range of dates, until which the service price list is valid.

Click the "Search" pushbutton to display the search results.

The system displays the following fields in the "Search Results" multiline:

Service Price List#	The number identifying the service price list.
Revision#	The revision number of the service price list.
Status	The status of the service price list.
Description	The textual description of the service price list.
Price List Category	The category to which the service price list belongs.
Currency	The currency of the service price list.
Effective From	The date starting from which the service price list becomes effective.
Effective To	The date till which the service price list remains effective.
